This is a non-style-specific no-gi grappling curriculum with an emphasis on self-defense, not tournament grappling competition. For those instructors who wish to gain an introductory knowledge of grappling for self-defense, this course will help you understand the foundations of developing a solid grappling game, so you can return to your school and begin working with your students on integrating and perfecting this foundational material. This course will lay the foundation for future, more advanced courses on this topic.
