Blas, for years I have run an introductory special at a price that basically only covered the cost of the uniform I give away in the special.
That's because a "special" has to be "special" to work.
If you're giving away something that's not worth anything, no one will respond. Just make sure you list the retail value of the package in the ad so people know how good the deal is.
