Part II of “Doing A Lot With A Little, Or A Little With A Lot!”
This is the second part of my martial art school startup interview with Jim Mahan. In this section of the interview, Jim explains how he is starting a martial art school despite some very unique challenges.
Also, you can check out Part I of this interview by clicking here.
Part III of this interview will be posted to the private Member Video Content section on the site later today. In the final third segment, Jim and I get deep into examining and explaining how Jim has taken my martial arts business system and used it to go from 3 members to 26 members in just two month’s time teaching out of an equipment warehouse.

WOW! That was AWSOME! Very Inspiring!
Yep.
It just goes to show that most of the limits we set on ourselves for our business growth are in our own heads.
Great job…back in 1992 I started in my basement, then moved to a warehouse that was being renovated, and still got warehouse rental rates…I had 1000 sq. ft at 2 bucks a square foot. It was great. I eventually grew into a 3000 sq ft facility, (which I had to sell a year later to one of my students…family commitments took me three states away) I have been having thoughts of renting a warehouse again as for the past 10 years I have been using a fitness center. Thanks for the inspiration.
Mike I just watched part 3a and 3b. Thank you Mike and Thank you Jim. I am the king of questions and that answered so many of them. That interview opened my eyes to a lot of possibilities!!
Thanks again Guys.
